Online payment default should be for statement balance, not minimum payment amount

Whenever I pay my Bank of America Alaska Airlines Visa card bill online, the Bank of America online system enters $15, the minimum payment amount, as the default payment. The current total statement amount is not included on that page. This seems like a way of encouraging customers not to pay the full amount of their statement to me. I suggest that the default payment amount should match the current statement amount, or that the current statement amount should be presented on the page where I choose how much to pay. At least that way, I wouldn't need to navigate backwards to see what I owe everytime.

I have a few other credit cards I pay online, and the way their online systems work follow the functionality I've suggested to be implemented.
