American is due for a change when it comes to child support & kids

I think it's not fare that my childs father quit his job on purpose not to pay child support & is laying on assistance with his wife. He has no disability. I can't even get foodstamps, but he can I think they should split his foodstamps among all his kids. It wouldn't be welfare to work if the father will step up & support their kids. But the system cut women off if they don't get off the system to get a job. American needs to step up.
