Helping unemployed people in Barnet

As an unemployed person living in Barnet I have been looking for services to use for assistance in getting back to work. Why is it that Barnet is the only borough that does not have any projects to help people back to work? There isn't even a Working Links or Work Directions (both Job Centre & Government funded job assistance programmes). My job is an employment coach helping unemployed people to get back into work and I have to look outside my own borough for jobs because there is no provision in Barnet. Is Barnet not interested in helping people get back into work? Other boroughs such as Islington, Camden, Westminster, Brent and Haringey, Lewisham, Southwark all have funded Regeneration programmes to help people get back into work. From what I can see Barnet is THE ONLY BOROUGH without a Regenration programme and funded employability facilities to assit it's residents to return to work. Would anyone like to comment on this?
