Stop underminding and start understanding

I would like to make it known Barnet Council does not show much interest or compassion towards Disabled and vulnerable people. I have observed how ignorance is bliss. There are certain people who prefer to turn a blind eye to the basic needs of vulnerable and disabled people. Beware there may come a time you ask Barnet council for a bread instead you will receive a stone. Barnet Council seems to drag their feet when it comes to deal wirh important issues. Care in the community for example. Please Barnet Council you can do a lot better.
