How about having a web form URL I can POST new customer information to as part of my own software (http://www.clarityaccounting.com). I can currently export all contacts as CSV and import them into BatchBook but I'd like to be able to just automatically add them.

Inappropriate?Yes, yes. Also heavily requested. It's one of the main reasons we've been feverishly working on our API. This was a big topic in our most recent staff meeting. You can be sure that any API announcements will hit our blog.
