Custom Domain Issues
I'm using my own domian (jackbarhoover.com) which is registered with GoDaddy.com. I've followed all of your instructions and have been in contact with GoDaddy's support team twice now.
When I type in jackbarhoover.com I get the correct site. When I type in www.jackbarhoover.com I get the Baveo homepage. While on the phone with GoDaddy...they said that I have everything set up correctly on their end and recommended me adding the www. version of the domain in the Baveo admin.
Will this resolve my issue??

That should work. Try typing "www.jackbarhoover.com" into the field "Your Custom Domain Name" under the admin section "Your Baveo Info."
Please let us know if this still doesn't work of if you have any more questions -
Inappropriate?I currently have jackbarhoover.com in the first field and www.jackbarhoover.com in the second field....and it's still not working.
Maybe I'll try to put www.jackbarhoover.com in the first field...however, I doubt the order really matters.

I made a mistake on the GetSatisfaction page. You're doing everything correct, and the WWW issue is a known bug that we'll be working on fixing.
I'm very sorry that you've been frustrated and we're going to make sure we get this bug fixed.
