PDF Bookmarks and/or open PDF's to last open page

I was using Discover since it started, but recently had to make a switch to Files lite.
I was using Discover for reading PDFs and finding my page after I close the app got very annoying, especially after 300+ pages.
So I am asking, the least you can do is make Discover boot, when opening the PDF to the last page viewed. And preferably add Bookmarks support.

Also I am wondering can you make the startup screen request a username and a password. As there are times when more then one person is using my Phone and the files there are sensitive.
