Include links where BBC programmes referenced

Where other BBC programmes are referred to in iPlayer and Programme Information Pages it would be desirable to have links to those programmes. The best example is Pick of the Week (Radio 4), which references 10+ programmes each week but doesn't link to them. See: http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/...
