iPlayer Shows as RSS
Is there a way, or will the ever be a way, to subscribe to iPlayer shows as RSS feeds with video enclosures so that they can be automatically downloaded to iTunes in the same way that Radio 4 shows like Start the Week and In Our Time are available?

Inappropriate?You will never be able to download content from iPlayer in any format other than their DRM format (wmv on pc, adobe air on mac/linux) so you will never be able to download shows on iTunes. There are talks of setting up a subscriptions system on iplayer which as far as i know is just for their streaming service, which I would assume would mean that you could subscribe to your favorite shows, perhaps you would get an rss feed for that, or the updates could be delivered by email or just as an announcement on your front page on iPlayer.

Inappropriate?Closest we can get so far are feeds for channels, categories, A-Z and popular/featured content (as described in RSS help).
RSS feeds per series' would be excellent though.

Inappropriate?I would also like to see individual RSS feeds for each show. It would make it easier to keep an eye on when my favorite shows are available. -
