Why we need your help in building Beanbag

Welcome and thanks for taking the time to help us develop Beanbag.

We think the idea that education should only take place within the walls of school buildings is just plain crazy. We built Beanbag as a way of harnessing the learning resources and education skills that sit outside of the school system and within the wider community. By connecting parents and students free of charge with tutors, web sites, educational videos and other media we can benefit all of our children’s education. Beanbag is starting out in Bristol.

By taking part in the Beanbag Alpha Programme you can help make sure that the software works as it should, so please take a look and tell us if you find anything that you like, things that you don’t like and things that you find that are broken. Oh, and if you get a moment, invite your friends to join Beanbag. Our service is deliberately free of charge, so without a monster marketing budget, we rely on word of mouth to grow.
