Inappropriate?i've tried claiming the beaners site twice, has it not been processed yet? strange that i have to claim it after setting it up.

Inappropriate?We do a separate claim process because we need to verify that any person who claims a company on Get Satisfaction actually works for the company they're claiming. This is a manual approval process which is why it takes some time -- we say to give us up to two business days but we usually get to it the same day if not within a few hours. This process is in place to protect Get Satisfaction sites from being represented by impostors.
If you set up your GS account with your company email address and that matches your claim address the approval will happen quickly. If there is an email mis-match or the email address associated with your personal GS account does not match your company email domain we send you an email with the next step to take in the approval process.
