Don't display empty days in the dashboard

The dashboard shouldn't display days where no commits have been made. E.g. "yesterday" is displayed with the text "No activity on this day" -- it would be nicer if it just wasn't displayed at all.

Timezone Issue with activity feed Last reply on July 04, 2008 01:34.

I just committed to my repository. It shows the commit under yesterday. It's 5pm here, but it's tomorrow in GMT. I have my user account set to the proper timezone.

BaseCamp integration issues? Last reply on July 03, 2008 11:09.

Does BaseCamp integration currently work? I have a free basecamp account, did the setup (which went easy enough).

However, no new messages are posted at BaseCamp on commit.

Any clues on resolving this issue?

Can We Transfer or Merge Accounts? Last reply on July 02, 2008 20:33.

I just signed up for a personal account for our small web team. Problem is two of us have been using the free accounts for two separate projects. Is it possible to transfer the two free accounts to our new personal account?

Getting "authorization failed" on repository checkout Last reply on June 28, 2008 03:11.

I'm always getting authorization failed for my repositories.

    Authentication realm: <https://name.svn.beanstalkapp.com:443> SVN
    Username: username
    Password for 'username':
svn: PROPFIND request failed on '/repo'
svn: PROPFIND of '/repo': authorization failed (https://name.svn.beanstalkapp.com)

I've checked password and username. Changed password to reset it. Anonymous checkout works but nothing, that requires authentication functions.

    What could be wrong?

Get rid of those alert messages on every single page! Last reply on June 26, 2008 01:59.

The alert message at the top of every page in Beanstalk is kind of annoying. It's a little thing, but it takes up space on every single page on the site. Believe me, I know about deployment releases already! I really do! I know all about them! Can I stop being notified about that month-old feature??

Maybe they could only appear on the main dashboard page, but not on any other pages. Or only show me once, and set a cookie or something.

Anyone else having trouble with Releases and Deployment? Last reply on June 24, 2008 14:05.

Is anyone else having trouble with the Releases and Deployment or is it just me?

I've tried every combination of FTP settings to my server, and it always fails. Logs show that it does connect, but there's no hint as to what exactly is failing.

Hopefully I'm not the only one?

Does the Campfire 'live chat' from the Help section of the Beanstalk website work? Last reply on June 24, 2008 09:35.

Everytime I try to log in as a guest to the Wildbit Live Chat lobby, it says: "You have left the room Beanstalk."

Is this because it is empty? Does anyone know what hours it is manned (I'm in the UK, which might explain why it's never got anyone in it)?

Import strangely stuck Last reply on June 18, 2008 16:41.

We went to import an existing repository (the files, not the revisions), didn't seem to happen. No errors, just an import progress bar on the dashboard that hasn't really moved. We went ahead and recreated the repository as empty, checked in the files and all seems good - except for the still remaining import progress.

I'm kind of worried about it. What will happen if it ever 'finishes'? Something bad, like overwriting any work we do in the repository?

Need more explanation on deployment Last reply on June 09, 2008 19:20.

It seems this could be a good feature for us but I need to understand it better...

First, we need logs/error messages why a deployment to FTP fails. I could not get it to work the first try and gave up for now because it doesn't tell me why the deployment fails.

Just as background, currently we svn update manually both our dev servers and the live server.

Whenever we deploy something to live, we create a new tag (as I would think is good practice). How does that tie in with the deployment feature?

Space is not reallocating after deleting Repo Last reply on June 19, 2008 04:23.

    Hi,

I wanted to test beanstalk out so I imported a site I was working on. There were some design source files so it ate up the 20 MB limit right away, I deleted the repo after I realized the mistake and tried to test with a different (smaller) site. Tortoise is getting an error that I have gone over my allocation but on the Beanstalk dashboard it shows me at 144kb of 20MB.

    Any help is appreciated.

Downtime is a bit of an issue for me... Last reply on June 18, 2008 16:44.

I'm in the middle of doing a LOT of work on a new Rails project and I thought it'd be great to use a hosted solution like Beanstalkapp in order to have my code safely stored somewhere else. In the middle of a big commit, however, the repository with Beanstalk ended up being unavailable. I don't know if it's because I'm using one of the free accounts right now, but it'd be nice to know that your repository is ready to accept commits when you're ready and raring to code the night away. Just a little perturbed that the repo was down on their end. :\

Is there syntax highlighting in the code browser? Last reply on June 18, 2008 16:37.

Does Beanstalk provide this? If so, for what languages?
