Why can't I integrate with basecamp?

my basecamp URL is
http://acts-as-consultant.projectpath...

my beanstalk URL is
http://acts-as-consultant.beanstalkap...

I have the right usernames and logins, but beanstalk seems to have a problem.
Any ideas?
