openID signup not working
when i plug in my openID url to the signup form it is throwing all the normal signup validation errors. Username/password, etc should not be validated against when signing up via openID

We still require a traditional username and password pair for Subversion. At the moment, we don't have a way around it, but we are hoping to spend some time with OAuth to make this possible.
