Your Payment System Is Broken... Badly
my chase account shows 40 pending charges to your company, and yet i am now receiving an email every 30 seconds from your payment system saying I've been declined. That's every 30 seconds since 12:12 last night.

We will let you know exactly what happened after we investigate it. For now, it seems to only have happened on your account. I will contact our Payment Gateway and make sure the charges are voided and credits immediately.
