A Budget Wizard that would assist in creating a budget.
Cran requested the ability to have a budget "wizard" that would help in initial budget creation.
What it would basically do, is allow the user to see ALL the items in the system. Then they could go through and say: "Oh yes, this is important, I need to remember to budget for that."
It would serve as a reminder of all the "forgotten" categories that people need to budget for. The items that you only have to pay every once in a while. Or if your circumstances change.
