First, check to make sure you have copied and pasted the HTML code into your web page exactly as it appears in your Member Console. If the code is absolutely identical then the issue could be that the site you are trying to paste the code into does not allow outside HTML code to be placed into their web pages. If that is not the case, please feel free to contact Technical Support for immediate assistance.
