Inappropriate?We evaluate all credential verification denials on a case-by-case basis. If we know we will not be able to verify a credential we will simply let you know and a you will not be charged. However, if the credential verification should be able to be confirmed and is denied as a general rule we do not issue refunds. All refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are only issued in the rare instance that information could just not be found. If a verification was confirmed to be false a refund will not be issued.
