On June 9 2009 I called Bell mobility to get a signed copy of our contract, they say that we have one , but cannot produce one, there fore it does not exist, and cannot charge disconnection fee of 280 bucks per phone
The employee says it is not on file , so am I free to go or what?
I switched my phone service, and got my final bill. They charged me 32.89 to deactivate my phone and then they charged me 2x 35.00, for maintenance plan deactivation. i know why bell can't keep their customers. I will never switch back to bell. They are ripping me off.
Hey guys, from the general mood in here, should I not suscribe to preauthorized credit payments on my new solo phone? My first bill, after a week of service is already twice what I agreed to, partly due to a mysterious data charge that was never made clear to me via the website or the salesperson, I was thinking about agreeing to a ten dollar unlimited incoming on top of my 25 dollar plan, will this help me fight these obvious crooks for the next two years or will giving them more excuse to overcharge me?
Why do I have to pay for a disconnected phone? After going over a pay cap, bell disconnected my phone even after paying. Now they have are charging me for the time that it was disconnected
Money Mart Credit Cards pass credit checks!!!! IF BELL HAS SCREWED YOU OVER "TRANSFER OF RESPONSABLITY" AND SIGN UP SOMEWHERE ELSE GET AN IPHONE FOR FUCK SAKE!!!!!! BELL is not getting it until 2010 what you have to do is buy a money mart mastercard or one from safeway like prepaid visa make sure you get the $100 to be safe it will pass it will not take any money just check and after that make up a name and get a friend to pretend to be that person so A. You B. Your friend. A(YOU) wants to TRANSFER RESPONSABLITY to(YOU FRIEND)FAKE PERSON B(Money mart card or Prepaid visa)and you will no longer have a contract To get your same phone number just port your number at rogers or fido telus if you want but they are the same as bell....sooo if you want too... you could maybe even sign up at rogers with that card but dont do such a thing =P thats bad
Has anyone had this happen with Bell Canada a lot of false hopes and promises if you stay with them?
I can not handle this over billing - ready to complain all the way to crtc etc. This is fraud when they take auto payments from your account and take more then the agreed amount.
They do not know what they are doing there - for last 4 years now!
I bought a usb device and was charged for roaming when I wasn't. I called customer service and she agreed to reverse the charges. I then received a letter from (Cameron McCuaig - right!?) saying the charges would be reversed. No mention either on the phone or in the letter about Other charges. In fact the letter states it will reverse ALL the charges. Nothing about REcharging me. I then found out on my next bill that I was being charge $100.00 to reverse the charges.
I have had problems with my phone line and internet service with Bell since February customer service has been contacted numerous times I have sent a letter to management which I got no response from. After more calls I spoke to Patrick at the complaints department so it finally got fixed and he promised me he would follow up and he didn't. he promised me compensations and we didn't get it. Now our phone is having the same problem and our internet isn't working again. So we booked a service call and took a day off work last Friday and sometime in the late afternoon my husband called in to find out where the service man was. We were told oh we're not coming we're going to try to fix it outside which is something they tried to do three times the last service calls. I can't believe Bell is spending all of this money on a new "er" ad campaign to drum up new business. Maybe if they actually took care of the customers they already have they wopuldn't loose so much business. The whole situation is so frustrating I can't wait to switch to rogers!!!
Bell made an error with my automatic withdrawl number, after it had worked properly for 2 years..customer services representative just keep repeating stock phrases like a bunch of automotons, and I have been unable to resolve the problem.
When I signed up for Solo Mobile (Bell) I chose the e-bill, non paper option... I got the link in my e-mail to set up my account online. Problem: You need your account number and billing date to set up and view your bill. This info is found ON your bill. So I can't see my bill without providing information that is on the bill that I can't see. Frustrating. So I contacted Bell... They gave me the info. That's great, I'll go set it up. Entered all the info, and the web site told me that it's wrong. I called back, they verified the numbers.. I had them correct. I tried again. Still not working. I called back again. We verified numbers again, (this is fun!) I told her I've done that numerous times and it's not working. She said to e-mail bell... Someone can help me over e-mail, and they'll get back to me in one to two hours. That's great. That was a day ago. I really wish i could view my flippin' bill. I'm getting a little nervous... I've had this service for under a month and already the warning signs are there... Is this really how Bell works? (It doesn't?)
My wife and I have 2 phone lines into our house. One line is the family line and has alot of features as well as being our Sympatico highspeed dsl line. We are 2 months into a 2 year contract with Sympatico which makes it difficult to cancel this line. This line is registered in my name. The second line is my wife's home business line. It is just a simple phone line and has no contracts attached to it and it is registered in my wife's name.
Here is our question: We want to move the phone number from my wife's business line over to the family line. Then we want to cancel the service for my wife's business line. Is this possible?
I went to the bell website today to take a look at my e-bill for the month. When I go to sign into my "My Bell" account, I realize that I had completely forgotten my password. So, I decide to reset it. I had to type in my e-mail, my username, and the answer to a secret question. I typed in everything correctly, there were no mistakes whatsoever, BUT the stupid website didn't allow me to reset my password. I kept telling me to sign into my account. Bell.ca is a piece of crap, how the hell am I supposed to sign in if I don't even remember my password, and I'm trying to change it. Pissed the hell out of me, anyway, anyone know what to do in this situation?
Why do the Bell bills all look identical now? Expressvu and Home phone are on identical forms but don't come on one bill (tried to sign up for 1-bill previous, but web site broken). This is very confusing.
i moved in to 4235 petrolia line petrolia ont. and the last people that lived here still got the phone hooked up my new number is 5198821556 and i want the internet
Bell Canada disconnected my home phone line on November 29th 2008 when had arranged for it to be disconnected on January 1st 2009! I've paid my bills long enough and am leaving the country. When my brother tried to call in to have it reconnected theyr efused to help him at 3 30 pm on Saturday when the office closes at 5. I was left without emergency services which is illegal for the entire wkd. I have gone with a cell phone and another company. The customer service dept. is closed on the wkds and when I spoke with a Supervisor in the Technical Repair Dept he was rude to me and would not help me. I advise everyone to leave Bell.
I have a solo pay as you go because of 4 different numbers showing up on my texted messages they have wasted about $90,00 in the last two months how do I get rid of this or do I have to change my number
