Are any humans working at Bell?

I am astounded that Bell continues to communicate incorrect information re my closed account.. something I discovered today when I decided to bury the hatchet and sign up for the wireless promotional special with Solo , serviced by Bell . I hoped things would have improved since I fired them 3 yrs ago and transferred all of my services to Rogers. I was mistaken..sadly.. and found the same old situation of no customer service .. and my name still associated with the incorrect history.. due to their ineptness.. and they were trying to get me to come back!!! yeah right.
STAY AWAY FROM BELL!!!!
