BELL from HELL.....
We have moved last Friday, August 15. Til today we do not have the bell line activated yet and they promised it'll be all up and running on friday itself. We have been calling BELL everyday, 4-5 times a day but in vain.........extremely unhappy and frustated.

Inappropriate?I trsfered my service to bell on aug 1st,08. I was told I have to stay home to do the switch.On the 1st moring My phone was not working. called bell canada , they said service man will be ther ebetween 2-5pm, Which I was not told earlier. After calling several people I got the connection around 9am. Now the phone not work called 611 no one helping me got the ex office and with one stern call here all come to alive. Got a tech person and everying went in smooth. Now I was promised a welcome package when I star my service outlining what service I have , Now its Aug 18th still I dont know what I pay for.So sevral calls vain no answer still waiting for some package hope I will not be suprised to see I will be paying for some tineg I did not order which by the way drove me out of bell 10yrs a go...will wait and see I need HELP!!!
