Contract? what contract
On June 9 2009 I called Bell mobility to get a signed copy of our contract, they say that we have one , but cannot produce one, there fore it does not exist, and cannot charge disconnection fee of 280 bucks per phone
The employee says it is not on file , so am I free to go or what?

Inappropriate?I have never signed for a contract with my home phone nor have I been sent one asked to sign or told to go to the bell store to create one. Now they want $150 early termination of contract. what contract. I think we should cancel both Bell phones as well. I do not trust Bell. Thieves
