Can't Reach a Human at Best Buy
Why does the Best Buy in Visalia, California never answer the phone. For two days I've called. I get the computer generated menu and press 3 for a sales associate. It rings for around two minutes and then it says sorry and takes me back to the main menu. I've tried many times to get someone even pressed 4 for a geek squad agent.
