Image Size & Resolution for Housing Guide
It is important that your images not be more than 72 DPI (standard for web graphics) and not be much larger than 800x600 px.
If you images are a higher resolution, it will take longer for the potential renters to see your photos; if the images are much bigger than 800x600 px. the user will not be able to see the navigation buttons for Next, Previous, and most importantly, Close.
You can do one of two things to make sure your images are at a good size and resolution:
1) Change the settings of your digital camera
2) Modify the size and resolution with an application such as Photoshop or my favorite free PC image editing app InfranView. You can also use the bundled Preview app in Mac OS X.
