Tracking part payments with Jobs
The ability to track part payments and display how many un-invoiced hours remain on a job would be a great feature to aid productivity and spend less time on my calculator.

Inappropriate?We're certainly going to add quite a lot of features in Jobs 2.0 that might help with this. I'm not sure we'll ever be able to split a job in two parts though (invoiced and uninvoiced).
However, there is some other things in Jobs 2.0 that should help you. Sorry, but they haven't been announced yet, so I can't post them.
