wanted: data monitoring app and istat menu integration

i recently sent a message via your support site in the www but i did not get a feedback so i am starting this topic here.
there is no data monitoring app out there which can provide a detailed statistic of the data throughput i have with my iphone. istat menus supports monitoring but with no history.

i would like to see an app from you which allows me to monitor my data usage based on 3g(gprs edge and so on) and wifi.
there could be a history function that allows you to see usage (up down and both) per day, week, month, or predefined time window like march 3rd up to october 20th.

i am on a data plan that allows me to use 5 gig at 3g and then reduced to gprs but there are many people out there who only got 200 mb and then pay for every kb they use more. so there could be a warning function of used data, left data.

the apple overview is a joke cause it provides nothing more then up and down in total from last reset...
i don't know which parameters are in apples api to measure data in this way and if it is possible to collect them in background or only at the start of the app but it would be a pleasure to see such an app.
you would be the first with an app like this.

and this function in istat menus would be great too!!! the monitoring apps for macs are all piece of crap or cost 25 bucks? dumeter for windows is a good example of a monitoring app...
