Continuous broiling and nothing else

I have had my Infrawave Toaster Oven for about 6 months. The problem is with the broiler-heating element. It will not go off, unless it is unplugged. The oven will not respond to any of the setting choices; just the broiler is on when it is plugged in, and goes off when it is unplugged. Any ideas?
