Inappropriate?This is a much-requested feature that we are actively working on. Currently, we plan to allow you to import contacts from vCard (.vcf) files.
If there are any other suggestions as to formats or methods for import, we would love to hear from our user base.

Inappropriate?We've implemented a feature for importing external contact data. Currently, we only support importing data from vCards.
To import contact data to Caseload, go to your admin panel and select the new sub-tab called 'Import Contacts'.
On the following page, simply upload a vCard file with your contact or contacts and you should be good to go.
