Not Impressed!

I've been on the site for a total of 15 minutes. Tried to add a contact and got an error page. I tried to add a company and got an error page. I clicked on the "Caseload" link at the top of the page and got "The page you were looking for doesn't exist."

I tried logging out and back on and after typing in my username and password I get "The change you wanted was rejected. Maybe you tried to change something you didn't have access to." -- Well, all I was doing was trying to log on...
