IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO BLASTOFF TEAM

I think many of us will find this question very useful. If only it can be answered accordingly. I strongly believe, that there should be an area where you can update us. A page where we can go and read all the accomplishments so far, in a daily basis so that we don't feel left out. We all deserve a summary of all that's being done right now to solve all these issues, problems, glitches. Blastoff needs to be more communicative and informative with us about what is being done, what are the plans, what's in the horizon, new ideas, expectations, all the what's, the how's, the when's, etc. That way, you will be answering many questions.
We are part of your business guys! We are here to help you! We want to make it happen! ...We need to know what you are doing. Otherwise, myself and many more sadly and disapointed are going to start to feel you are hiding something from us. Not only myself, but also so many people will feel this whole thing is a scam. Avoid that, and let us feel a little more appreciated. We've done a lot for you guys in just a short period of time...We want to make this whole idea succeed...But, please be more open with us, so that we have a clear understanding of what is really happening in the big conference room. We will appreciated your reply and concern.

Yes, this Pollyanna stuff is not working any more. We need some real answers as to what has happened to all of the lost signups, and what compensation Blastoff is proposing. The 48 hour window is a joke...a very bad joke. -

I understand this whole idea is new, and all the new problems that arised from not being absolutely 100% ready. It's taking for ever to assist some people with very important questions... But, we should not have to suffer the inefficiency of a poor business plan... Plan A should never be the only plan!!! which seems to me that is the only plan there was ....There should always!!! be a big list from plan A to Z. For business and personal!!! Now, there is something more than just a blastoff page!...the inconvenience and time consumed to so many people that have faith in this idea....and I feel sorry things are not working out the way they wanted...This too shall pass...I know. But until everything is organized, just until then...we may be losing a lot too! Not good!
We really need to know how things are being handled, so that we can trust Blastoff...not doubt it... !!!
So, please open up and write more than just a few lines in a blog or a few updates that are days or months old ... that's not enough! at least for me!
You should add new topics as soon as you hear something new being done, fixed or being fixed, new features, etc etc... Alert us and inform us by simply adding new topics! it is a simple way of doing it too. WE WILL READ THEM!
Again...There should be a daily summary somewhere pertaining to what's currently being done, technical issues, new features, advertising opportunities... which by the way...the printing feature with Vista print doesn't allow you to modify the text in it...take a look! How are we supposed to purchse the nice prints if we can add our page url in it?
Customer service needs to be improved!, and there should be definately more people assisting the community questions and posting UPDATES as new topics!!!
