Adverts Kicking Chatters OUT.

Hi, I am using Bendapps Video chat, pop out version. More frequently the adverts at the bottom have turned into full page adds, kicking the people who get the adds out of the chat room, the only way to get away from the add is to close the pop out window and then log back into the chat room This has become very annoying with many members and since then they have gone else where.
I Know we use a free version on the ning platform and you have to make a profit, but can it be handled better to keep the chatters in? Or is there a version that can be bought? Advert free?
