Authentication errors
My chat room has been messed up for the past 4 days. It just says it's authenticating forever. And ever. Other days it says there's just an error and it cannot connect. Anybody else have this issue? And how do I fix it?

Inappropriate?I have the same problem. I have been promising my users that we will use the video chat, but I don't want to put it up until it's working (of course!). I hope this will be fixed soon. Whenever I enter the chat, it says "connecting" and then "authenticating"...but the "authenticating" doesn't go away and the chat never comes up. I am really frustrated by this and I don't want to give up on blendapps altogether because I think it's great, when it works...

hey andreas... im having this issue more and more frequently. feel free to contact me one on one if you need help troubleshooting it. my chatroom is always busy and is affected at least once every hour for seceral minutes... thanks
