Facebook chat...Blank screen?
I decided to try out adding the facebook app of a chat I use on ning... All I get is a blank screen.

Inappropriate?I do not have that problem at all, the chat works fine on Facebook for me (and as far as I can see for other users as well). Could you tell me in more detail about the problem please - which OS and browser you are using + send a screenshot of the problem?

When I try to add it it does ask if I want to allow, then once I click allow it just goes blank. Just a white screen with a facebook framing. -

Inappropriate?I manage to add your chatroom to my already installed FB App. But when I uninstall my app and then try to reinstall it via your link I get a HTTP404 error, so something is wrong. I am working on this, but it might take some time for me to get a final fix (need to figure out the exact source of the problem first).

Inappropriate?Actually if you look on the facebook app page you'll see some comments that make me think the problem may have something to do with the "new version" facebook app

Inappropriate?Noticed that after clicking allow the next url that shows up includes:
http://apps.facebook.com/blendappscha...
Now you can see that /app/install/ is shown twice
I also noticed that if you search for the facebook app and install it without using the link you can click "Add a chatroom" and that uses /add/chatroom/ instead of quick add...

Inappropriate?Just following up. FYI I think this issue may be affecting anyone who tries to do the facebook app install, not just my site. So you may not be getting any new facebook app installs completed correctly.

Inappropriate?Now it should all work fine, please let me know if it is not. It was a change in FB's way of installing apps that we did not handle correct.

Could you tell me exactly what you are doing when you are getting a blank screen? Do you have the Blendapps Chat app already installed on Facebook?

Inappropriate?No, I remove it each time so I'm a clean slate like my users. I got the link, pasted it in, clicked it... I get a facebook window, click Allow, then it just goes to a blank screen.

Inappropriate?After many hours of debugging, this problem should now finally be fixed. It was a tricky one. As I have been wrong about these things before I would appreciate if you could let me know if it works as it should for you or not.

Inappropriate?Sorry for the late answer. As you might have noticed I am really struggling on this one. Whatever I try I can not recreate it (and beleive me - I have really tried). I have done some changes that I think might fix the problem and I would appreciate very much if you could try again and let me know how it goes.....

Inappropriate?Hey Andreas - Still getting a blank screen. When I tried removing the app and using the Update instead of Add link in chat.blendapps.com I was able to see a screen to invite people but when I clicked skip I came back to the blank screen.

Inappropriate?I think my problem is different. There is no link showing to where I am supposed to click to integrate my network chat on Ning with my Facebook page. It's just showing BLANK button.
