Userplane for Ning sending chatters to other web pages
A few users of the Blendapps Ning chat have complained that when using the chatroom they occasionally get booted and the window goes to a completely unrelated website (like a link-farm page, or someone said Norton's was one). Is this part of your business model?

Inappropriate?This is DEFINITLY NOT part of our business model. We DO NOT forward users to any sites at all. We take this VERY SERIOUSLY!
On what Ning network do you experience this problem? By users "getting booted" do you mean that the chat suddenly gets logged out? Is it a Meebo or Userplane chat room? Please send us all the info you can about this so we can get to the bottom of this problem.
