Why Can't I Log In???

I can't get in to my account... Even by trying to reset my password... How do I figure out what is up??.

This is with blinklist. I knew that there were problems, and was told that they were solved. I tried again today, and again had my password reset, but it won't take.

I am extremely frustrated because I absolutely LOVE blink, and would love to continue using it. Thank you so much!!!
