Add invoice 'description' to Dashboard and invoice pages

I have many invoices going to the same clients so all I see on the dashboard and the invoices page is the client name and the invoice number. This means I sometimes have to go into multiple invoices to find the one I am looking for.

Can you consider adding a description of the service/product on the invoices and dashboard pages so that the correct invoice can be seen from these locations.
