I want to be able to also include a simple spreadsheet where by date I can itemise expenses.

Date (supply in WWW formats - not just USA)
Item ID: (number)
Supplier Name: (name)
Industry (editable)
Description (Description of Goods/Services)
Cost (Different Currencies)
Taxes (can edit main field)

Inappropriate?Perhaps also to include the ability to generate printable / PDFable reports from date X to date Y to help claim them back. This could be separated out for each user associated with that blinksale account.
Also - what about the ability to upload a scan of the invoice / receipt or forward an email copy receipt to blinksale (ala 37signals BackPack application) which gets added to your expenses?
