Get serious about backups

Please get serious about backups. If I cannot download backups of my data I cannot continue to use your service in the long term, nor should anyone else. Businesses are required to preserve many of their records, particularly financial records. Data preservation requirements are not necessarily satisfied by ensuring that the most recent data set remains accessible, archival backups over time are usually required. We appreciate the backups you run and the stability you provide, but we must be able to store our own backups to take your service seriously.
