More Backup Options
Download Entire Database including Contacts, Invoices etc. in one file.
At the moment, if Blinksale goes down, and given the pissy support you get (no phone, no contact other than an email) - you lose all your data.
There's no easy way to get a DUMP of all data.

Inappropriate?Blinksale is definitely down for us. Are you sure it isn't just a DNS issue?

Inappropriate? It's back now, but super sloooow. DUMP taken.

Inappropriate?Easy backup is a very good idea -- even an option to email and encrypted backup would be good, on a schedule because lets face it we would all only remember when it's down :( Or maybe we could set a reminder schedule inside blinksale so when we login it would popup and ask us if we want to download a backup.

Inappropriate? The key things that are important to me are to know what Invoices have been sent out including their details (invoice num, date, address, company name, description, amounts, total, due date, paid, unpaid), and also to know the Invoices due in the future (recurring ones especially) with the same level of data plus "paid" added to the data set. Even if that was all in one Excel file that would be fine.
That way I can recover previous data and plan for the future should there be a problem with the site's data record.
