NOT ABLE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT

I have to tell you - I tried 5 times to create an gmail account. I could not decipher the letters and everytime I had to TRY AGAIN. How about just allow a prospective client. I didn't have to go thru hoops with Hotmail. I AM NOT HAPPY.
