Hidden episodes accessible through embedding a certain type of player
If the user has created a special player just for hidden episodes and added a private playlist to the guide buttons these can be viewed by anyone who embeds the same player :P

Once a private episode is embedded off-site it basically "public". The video will only remain private on blip.tv's own website. The same goes for playlists. If you choose to somehow share a playlist which contains private videos, these will be public to the viewer as well.
