Recently active questions in Blurb about Booksmart

I use Picasa, I organize my folders by month/year (they go back to 2001). How do I easily add select pictures from many folders without having to add 1000's of pictures into Booksmart?

I created a book on Saturday and now cannot keep the program open to make edits/order. I can sign in and then within seconds I get an error report and am out of the program. HELP!

For most of my contributors uploads I get the message: ' and therefore can not see their photos on Booksmart... Please help! (macosx 10.4 Tiger)

I recently ordered my book to be shipped but found the information confusing so i opted for the most expensive option to get the package quickly.

I then discovered I chose the wrong shipping option. My question is: why is the priority shipping more expensive than the express, yet it takes longer and is not traceable to UK?

I asked this question in an email and got an auto generated response that did not answer the question.

Is the Blurb site down right now? It won't let me register.
