Inappropriate?Booksmart is a Java application. Why not have a generic install for this app so that Linux, Solaris, BSD, etc can run it too? Make Booksmart smarter. Please!

Inappropriate?I also see that install4j was used to make your installer. It supports Linux etc. Why not make Linux build? Are there some win/mac specific native libs being used by the app?

Inappropriate?I'm also interested in installing Booksmart on Linux. With the increasing popularity of distributions like Ubuntu which are designed specifically to be user friendly for Windows user, and the disaster that is Vista, I would have thought there were a growing number of people interested in this.
As Booksmart runs MacOS X which is after all a version Unix, there is clearly no technical barrier to this.
Is there any movement on this issue? -
Inappropriate?Yes you can use booksmart on Linux with macOs distribution.
