automatic tracking of blocks

I'd like to see blocking/blocked tracked automatically. If I say "blocks #7" in the description of a task, I'd like mentat to note the relationship between the two tasks, and set #7 to blocked. Inverse if I say "blocked by #9". You can imagine other ways to do cool stuff with this.
