Since Flock is built on the same foundation as Firefox, I had hoped that it would be supported automatically with Firefox. If you've tried to import your bookmarks and it didn't work, it could be that Flock stores bookmarks differently, or it could be that our bookmark importer is having issues.
If you're comfortable E-mailing your bookmarks file to me, could you please send it to feedback at bonzobox dot com ? I'm working on a major upgrade to the bookmark importer right now and would love to have a good set of Flock bookmarks to test with.

Inappropriate?We just pushed an update that should resolve any bookmark issues. Our bookmark parser has been completely rewritten and is not only faster, but more accurate.
I tested the new parser with your bookmarks file and it seems to work well. Go ahead and try to import your bookmarks and let me know how it goes.
