webpages STILL not loading
Hi, I reported the problem of many of my webpages not loading onto bonzobox 28 days ago and have not yet had a reply. I just tried 2 new sites and they wouldn't load either. I'm ready to jump ship as this site isn't working for me at all. Any advice????

We've been having some problems with the system that generates the screenshots for several weeks now. We had re-written everything to work with an external provider that completely fell through and are now re-writing again to make our old system work as it should.
If you can hang in there for another week or 10 days we should be back up and running. I understand your frustration - it's frustrating for me too.
I think that you probably discovered it already, but you can, at least, still visit the sites you have bookmarked by clicking on the "we are building your BonzoBox" image, although I realize that this is far from ideal.

It's not yet perfect, but we've been able to restore partial functionality to the images of websites loading. I'll post again when we're 100%.
