Fix email validation to allow plus sign in local part

Fix your email address validation regex to allow the plus sign (+) in the local part of the address. The plus sign is perfectly legal according to the RFCs and becomes popular since major MTAs start supporting it for automatic preprocessing.

Error Message:

* Your Email is not valid
* Your Username is not valid

My email address pattern: aaa+bbb@ccc.dd
