By going to the Invite page and stopping any further invitations, this will stop any from going out.
When adding an email address to your Guest List, when prompted to mark as a friend, just click Cancel or No. The person's email address will be on your Approved Guest List for email prioritization, but will not receive an invite.

Note: We send one invitation and one follow up, if both have been sent, there won't be anything to turn off.

I have had only one friend inquire about this and it was only to ask how it works, I told him to check out the sight and decide for himself....I like it, its like having an extra spam folder. I can actually open my e-mail and see "real" e-mails first without going thru 100 bullshit (what my spam filter didn't get) e-mails first......they do give you the option to cancel it if its not to your liking, its not like your "locked in" for life......its a free service, you aren't losing any money, you aren't penalized for early deactivation......just go to related topics, the first Q is "how do I close my bebox account" easy and simple.

I have the same issue as Ted V. I went to the 'invite' page, and turned it off a day after I joined. Does that stop (cancel) my invites that have not yet been opened? Secondly, is there a way you can add someone to your Guest list WITHOUT asking them to accept my contact list, which is very annoying to some of my friends, and I don't blame them. I only want the spam blocking feature, but if I also have to annoy my friends to achieve this goal, I need to cancel my account.
