The company is wrong! The link takes me to a sign in page but I'm already signed in. I can't be signed in twice so there is no way to get to the link that you provided. -

Inappropriate?Boxbe makes it hard to get off by not supplying user friendly password recovery. This is worst apps i ever seen and does shotgun blockade of emails.. dont bother joining. you'll be sorry and your email friends will be so pissed off! support idoe not exist!

Thank you for your feedback. For privacy and security, Boxbe verifies a person's identity by the security question and secret answer pair, then emails a new password. This is very similar to many other services. There are email service providers which sometimes inadvertently don't deliver the email.

Inappropriate?If i forgot my password and can not recall the answer to the password question, your application does not have other ways to retrieve the password or even change it!
Your only solution is to delete the account which is so LAME!
A lot of my email contacts are also pissed at me because of your spam coming from my account!
