Why am I not getting my Recent Messages graph anymore? I'm getting plenty of messages.

Inappropriate?How about adding a 'block' option to the Waiting List items? These are, generally, senders/domains more likely to be 'undesirable' than those in the Inbox. While you're at it, can you explain why some times there are messages from the same sender/domain in the Inbox and Waiting List folders? This is VERY confusing!

I think if you approve the sender, you have to refresh and the message actually disappears and then shows up in your inbox a second later.

macbill ... Yes, I understand the message 'shift' when a sender in the Waiting List is approved. My issue is that without any action on my part to 'approve' or 'block' messages from 'Sender B' , some of that sender's messages will go to the Waiting List, others to my Inbox ... THAT is the 'confusion'.

OK. I've experienced that too. Haven't opened a ticket about this, but I believe they aren't monitoring all the mail servers. So mail sent to one server is processed and other mail server is not. -- that's my guess, anyway.

Macbill ... If you're referring to the lack of graphs, to the best of my knowledge, no 'solution' has been posted ... I've been waiting for more than a month on this one!

The only way we'll get to the bottom of your problem is for us to log into your account and check. As stated above, please email your Boxbe username or email address to support@boxbe.com.
Here are a few other questions.
1. what browser/operating system are you using?
2. are other images not appearing on the site?
3. is the graph empty or just flat?
4. is the graph a broken image?
5. are you using Boxbe with Gmail, AOL, Yahoo or as a Public Email Address?

Yes, having same problem. To sum up:
1) Windows Vista (64-bit) / Windows Explorer 8
2) I get a message about images not being secure, and I choose to view them
3) The graph legend is there and so are the axis, no items in the graph
4) The graph is not a broken image
5) Using Boxbe with: a)Gmail Apps, b) Yahoo -
Inappropriate?I'm seeing the same in Windows 7 RC 1 in IE 8. We'll investigate and let you know.

Actually, it says "No activity in the past 7 days" on top of the graph. Hope that helps.

I can confirm it does not work in Apple Safari:
Safari v 4.0.2
Shockwave Flash 10.0 r22 — from file “NPSWF32.dll”.
Still says "No activity in past 7 days"
